• Students violating conduct rules may face disciplinary action including expulsion

• Students missing classes cannot claim refund for missed sessions
• Make-up classes are provided at the discretion of the institute
• Online classes, if provided, follow the same attendance rules
• All study materials provided are proprietary to DN Classes
• Students cannot reproduce, distribute, or sell study materials
• Digital content access is personal and non-transferable
• Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action
• Test series and mock exams are part of the course curriculum
• Results are indicative and do not guarantee actual exam performance
• DN Classes is not responsible for technical issues during online tests
• DN Classes provides coaching services only and does not guarantee selection
• The institute is not liable for any examination-related issues
• Success depends on individual effort and ability
• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings on premises
DN Classes reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate student enrollment for misconduct
• Discontinue any course with appropriate refund (as per refund policy)
• Modify course structure and faculty assignments
• All course materials, videos, and content are copyrighted
• The DN Classes name and logo are registered trademarks
• Unauthorized use of intellectual property will result in legal action
• Student information is collected and stored securely
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent

DN Classes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
