Refund Policy

1. Overview

At DN Classes, we strive to provide quality education and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Course cancellation by DN Classes

• Duplicate fee payment

• Student withdrawal within the specified cooling-off period

• Medical emergency with valid documentation

• Relocation to a different city (with proof)

3. Cooling-Off Period

7-Day Cooling-Off Period:

• Students can request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment

• Applicable only if no classes have been attended

• Study materials, if issued, must be returned in original condition

• Online access credentials must not have been used

4. Refund Structure After Cooling-Off Period

8-30 Days from Enrollment:

• 50% refund if less than 25% of classes completed

• Registration and administrative fees are non-refundable

After 30 Days:

• No refund will be processed

• Students may transfer to another batch (subject to availability)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Registration/Admission fees

• Study materials once distributed

• Online test series access (once activated)

• Video lecture access (once credentials provided)

• Discounted or promotional course fees

• Fees for courses already completed or in final week

6. Refund Process for Course Cancellation by DN Classes

If DN Classes cancels a course:

• Full 100% refund will be provided

• Refund processed within 15-30 working days

• Option to transfer to alternative course/batch

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Submit Written Request: Send a refund request via email to info@dnclasses.com

2. Include Required Information: • Student name and enrollment number • Course name and batch details • Reason for refund request • Bank account details for refund • Supporting documents (if applicable)

3. Return Materials: Return all issued study materials and books

4. Wait for Processing: Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days

8. Refund Timeline

• Request Acknowledgment: Within 2 business days

• Approval/Rejection Decision: Within 7-10 business days

• Refund Credit: Within 15-30 business days after approval

Note: The timeline may vary based on bank processing times and payment method used.

9. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed through:

• Direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS)

• Original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI)

• Cheque (in special cases, upon request)

Refunds will be credited to the same account from which payment was made, unless specified otherwise with valid reason.

10. Exceptions and Special Cases

Medical Emergency:

• Valid medical certificate required

• Refund amount determined on case-by-case basis

• Option to defer course to next batch

Relocation:

• Proof of relocation required (job transfer letter, etc.)

• Partial refund as per policy terms

• Option for online course transfer (if available)

11. No Refund Scenarios

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

• Poor academic performance or exam failure

• Student misconduct leading to expulsion

• Personal reasons without valid documentation

• After course completion

• Fees paid under special discounts or scholarships

12. Deductions and Processing Fees

The following may be deducted from refund amount:

• Registration/Administrative fees: Non-refundable

• Study material cost: Actual cost deducted if materials not returned

• Payment gateway charges: 2-3% (if applicable)

• Pro-rata deduction for classes attended

13. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision:

• Contact our support team at info@dnclasses.com

• Escalate to management if not resolved within 7 days

• All decisions by DN Classes management are final

14. Amendments to Policy

DN Classes reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Students are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
